Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the year-end peak season, major shipping companies have increased long-haul routes,
which has significantly reduced Malaysia’s shipping allocation and led to tight space availability.
As a result, shipping costs continue to rise.
We are therefore compelled to increase the shipping rate for China-Malaysia routes.
Starting from November 15, 2024,
all China-Malaysia ocean shipping rates will have a floating rate increase of +10%,
based on the warehouse outbound date of each waybill.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

Notice: Delay in Shipment from China to Malaysia
Due to recent typhoon weather, Chinese vessels have been forced to anchor and return to Nansha Port,
causing delays in sea shipping routes.
As a result, the containers originally scheduled for shipment will not reach the destination port as planned.
Please be advised, thank you.

Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that, since mid-October,
port capacity in China has been fully booked, affecting almost all shipping routes.
This tight capacity situation is expected to continue until January next year.
Additionally, due to the impact of the Double 11 shopping festival and pre-Chinese New Year restocking peak,
major shipping companies have shifted more vessels to long-haul routes,
significantly reducing the allocation for shipments to Malaysia, which may affect transit times.
At the same time, shipping companies have announced rate increases,
and we may adjust our freight rates accordingly in response to market conditions.
To avoid delays, we recommend that you arrange your shipping plans as early as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
