Announcement: China to Malaysia Bulk Ocean Shipping fee Increase
Dear Customer,
Due to the combined impact of multiple factors in the current international market, we hereby inform you that e-commerce shipping rates will increase.
The specific reasons are as follows:
The global economy is recovering from the pandemic, leading to a surge in consumer demand that the shipping supply capacity cannot keep up with.
1.Congestion at major ports worldwide, with some ports closing or limiting operations.
2.Uneven distribution of shipping containers globally, causing difficulties in container allocation.
3.Limitations on the transportation capacity of the Panama and Suez Canals, forcing some routes to be altered.
4.Rising fuel prices.
Based on the above reasons, we will appropriately adjust the shipping rates for large commercial shipments that cannot be consolidated.
The new rates will take effect on May 21, 2024.
For large commercial shipments that cannot be consolidated:
Normal cargo: RM390/m3
Sensitive cargo: RM420/m3
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
