Announcement: China to Malaysia Ocean Shipping fee increase

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued trust and support. We are writing to inform you that due to ongoing instability in sea freight during June, including a shortage of slots, container issues, and port congestion,
we are forced to adjust our sea freight charges again.

Starting from June 22, 2024, the fluctuation rate for all sea freight channels will be adjusted from the original 10% to 20%.

The rate increase will apply to shipments departing from June 22, 2024.
The increased freight rates will fluctuate with the global sea freight market. If sea freight costs decrease, the fluctuation rate will be canceled.
