Announcement: China to Malaysia Ocean Shipping fee increase

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and support. We are writing to inform you that due to recent changes in the global shipping market, we are making every effort to control costs. However, we have reached a point where it is unsustainable to absorb the increases, and therefore, our sea freight charges will be adjusted starting from June 1, 2024.

The specific adjustment is as follows:

• All channel sea freight rates: Increased by 10%

Please note that this adjustment will not be displayed on the freight rates table on our website. Instead, the increased rates will be calculated under the additional service "Sea Freight Floating Rate." The new rates will apply to all shipments dispatched from June 1, 2024 onwards.

*The increased rates will fluctuate with the global shipping market. If sea freight costs decrease, the floating rate will be canceled.* We understand that this increase may cause inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
